Changes in program:
- The database excceded the Access maximum of 2GB. With some trics on the compression the database is workable
- The text label of the tab Properties/frame Hazard Properties are simplified and adapted to the changes (AUS, ANNEX III, Dohsbase evaluations)
- The problem with the special chracters from the Spanish and French language are partially solved
- The security of the database is improved
- The hyperlinks to sampling methode of IFA/Gestis (<http://bgia-online>...), MDHS (<http://www.hse.gov.uk>....), NIOSH and OSHA are replaced, They are now to be accessed by clicking to the button 'To Internet' or in the field 'Sampling Metrhod'
- Specific hierarchy limit values (per version): there is a design flaw in some related limit value, f.i. BisphenolA (CAS#50-32-0) (is solved in update 17-02)
Occupational Loads/Chemical Substances:
- The database is extended up to 237.000 substances, mostly chemical
- New substances are added, o.a. from the NIOSH_Pocket guide, OSHA_CSI and some advisory reports of the Dutch Health Council
- New twodimensional pictures of the structure and molecular structures are added
Tab Properties, frame Physical-chemical Properties:
- The file with Physchem-properties contains well over 51000 substances
- The number of substances in DOHSBase with a pysical state is extended up to nearly 46000; manual and with an algorithm from a new decision chart for vapour pressure, limit values, BP and MP
Tab Properties, frame Hazard Properties:
- The number of substances CLH is well over 4500
- The number of substances with a classification by DOHSBase (notified advisory) is expanded to 870
- The ECHA REACH Annex III Inventory (with additional information on classification) with 64000 stoffen is added
- The file with ECHA CLH classifications is updated until September 2016
- A number Australian harmonised classifications is added, Een aantal geharmoniseerde Australische classificaties is overgenomen as far as not presen as ECHA CLH
Tab Limit Values:
- All advisory values and classifications (carcinogenicity and reproductive toxicity) of the Dutch Health Council published in 2016 are added
- All advisory values from the European SCOEL published in 2016 are added
- NLXtend: The Dutch SZW-list of CMR stoffen substances is updated up to and including January 2017.
- The non-Dutch limit values are updated
- NLXtend: The new Dutch legal limit values for CrVI and BaP are added
- A quality check of IOLV's and Dutch Legal Limit Values is performed
- The number of kick-off values has been extended to 2800, in particular through the manual transfer of the physical state of CLH substances
- The RTECS (NIOSH Registry of Toxic Effects of Chemical Substances) is attainable through the deeplink in the field veld 'Comment' in case ofOSHA_ICS en NIOSH_PG records
- The missing code of country and flag are added Dfor OSHA-ICS en REACH Annex IV/Annex XIV(SVHC)
- Kick-off values 2005 are removed
Tab Sampling methods:
- NLXtend (new): The NVN methods have a hyperlink to the website of the Dutch NEN (only in in NLXtend).
- NLXtend (new): measurement procedure Welding fumes
- New: The sampling methods from OSHA are linked
- New: The sampling methods of 4th and 5th edition form NIOSH NMAM are linked
- The measurement methods for CrVI are evaluated for feasibilityon the new Dutch legal limit value
Mode Compare:
- Number of substances in Compare: 5100.
- Number of substances with a Hazard Band (TOX) from coshh_h, IFA_SPLT_H or emkg_hoi: well over 6000. You can read more about these hazard bands in <http://www.tsac.nl/publicaties/annhyg.mew050.full.pdf\>
- Number of substances with a TIX ratio (C_sat/OELV8_uur): well 1400
